The hall bathroom is a full bath and has an additional vanity and sink set up like a jack-n-Jill bathroom. The downstairs has a spacious family room with a firelplace, a half bath, a dining area and kitchen, The water heater is tankless for that endless shower! The entire unit was just repainted and cleaned with additional pictures coming soon if it doesn't lease right away. There is plenty of parking.
